Mainly useful in predictive astrology such as event charts or return charts. This applies to the placement of Venus or Jupiter and not so much to any other planet, unless the planet is the ruler of the 7th house.
If Venus or Jupiter is on one of these degrees you have to consider the strength of the planet aswell.
That means if it’s afflicted the results may be delayed or cancelled, especially when in a hard aspect by Saturn.
